HIGHGATE SQUADS TRAINING TIMES (From 4th September 06)
The Blue and Green Development groups are the same levels and are divided purely for organisational purposes. Aimed at swimmers progressing from our teaching programme to more serious young athletes swimming at County and District level looking to progress to the club's Top Squad (See separate page). Early Morning Sessions are available to those in the Intermediate Squad 6.00 - 7.30am at Swiss Cottage Land Training: Is complusory for those in the top end of the Development Squad (Green & Blue) on Monday & Thursday 7.10 - 7.30pm. Intermediate Squad: Monday 7.15 – 8.00pm, Wednesday 6.00 – 6.45pm (by invitation only) & Friday 6.00 – 6.45pm Fees are payable in advance at the beginning of each term irrespective of how many times you swim or by standing order. In addition all swimmers have to pay their annual membership, which is inclusive of the ASA registration fee and a one off joining fee.

| The club squad aims are for continued development of stroke technique and and to train for fitness. Competition is not a requirement but will be available and encouraged. There is no minimum training requirement. Swimmers must be beyond the lesson stage. Unfortunately this Squad is full and the waiting list is closed. | Day
