Our youngest members are aged 8 years upwards and have progressed beyond the lesson stage, getting involved in their first galas up to swimmers who have reached national and international standard. In addition we run a large Masters (adults) programme again with a range of ability levels.
Due to our central location, and reputation we attract a number of swimmers from all over London and beyond including international families and students moving to the capital.
For a small fee we also welcome guest swimmers to all our squads from people taking holidays or visiting London.
We also offer a Club Squad at each pool that is aimed at swimmers who have also progressed beyond our lesson programme but although wishing to continue receiving coaching and instruction do not want to, or cannot make the commitment of the competitive squad.
Coaching sessions are available on a range of days and times depending on age, ability and pool. See below for timetables of the various squads
