FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the changes?

We have moved our booking system onto sportscourses.org. All payments, re-enrolments and movements will now take place online. We are now using a rolling programme, allowing pupils to progress between stages as soon as they meet the requirement criteria of their level.

And how do I use the online booking at sportscourses.org?

We are importing all of your details onto the new system and will communicate via your registered email address your new login details. With these details you will be able to manage your swimming lessons online. When the relevant payment windows arrive you will be notified with an email reminder. You can then log into the system, and enrol or re-enrol onto a swim programme.

That's great, how can I pay?

You can pay in blocks by credit/debit card as before. And you will also be able to arrange annual payment and monthly Direct Debit. There are financial benefits to paying annual or by Direct Debit, annual payment being the cheapest.

How much cheaper?

Direct Debit customers will receive a 5% discount while annual customers receive a 10% discount.

I can't pay online at this time, is there any other way?

If you have difficulty paying online you can always call us, and we will try to help, or alternatively visit our busy club desk to pay in person. We stress that it will be easier and faster for you to avoid the queues by going online, however.

I need to ensure we book the lessons we want, what can I do?

If you wish to re-book onto your current course you must do so during priority booking week.
For any requests for changes of day or time etc, you must call in the following week.
If you have any siblings that you would like to register you must also call during this week.
New customers can call when we open bookings to all - on the first week of swimming and onwards (we apprecite this doesn't give much time to spare so bare in mind if you want to swim on a Monday afternoon please make a booking on that Monday.

I didn't manage to book during the period listed above, can I still book?

You will be able to book online, by phone or in person at our swimming desk but we can't guarantee that there will be space for you, so make sure you make the time to book in the relevant period, our classes are popular, and we are very busy in our office so do all that you can to get onto sportscourses.org when booking begins.

This all sounds good but I am still unsure, can I ask another question?
