Message from Nuala!

Its the final countdown, three more weeks until my solo attempt at swimming the English Channel.

I have done all the hard training, last week was the hardest Saturday 7 hours and then Sunday 6 hours in Dover harbour non stop swimming!!!

My support crew are all getting ready and are kindly taking time off work to assist me on this challenge. It is truly a once in a lifetime event and I really hope that I manage to get across to France. All your donations will go to my chosen charity, I am meeting all the costs of my attempt myself and I can tell you it will be the most expensive trip to France I have ever taken.

I have started a blog diary of my training leading up to my swim in July.
