This past Saturday members of the Camden Swim Team participated in the 31st London Youth Games.
Due to Crystal Palace’s temporary closure the swimming event was held at Gurnell Leisure Centre in Ealing.
The games include children from London participating in more than 30 sporting events from the 32 boroughs and City of London. Due to the breadth of the Camden Swim team members were participating for a number of different boroughs.
Reut Benaim representing Camden won gold in the 50m Fly for Junior Girls. Other Junior medallists from CSCSC were Jessica Hobbs winning silver in 50m Back for Enfield, Edward Graham placing second in 50m Free for Haringey and Bogac Ayhan swims for gold in 50m Back for Islington.
For the Senior Girls Devon Robins and for Senior Boys Harry Needs both won gold for Islington in their 50m Fly event.
