At the Crawley Long Course Spring Open Devon Robins secures her 2nd National time in 100m Fly with 1.06.01 winning silver.
Devon also finished 4th in 200m Breaststroke & 6th in 200m IM with new PBs 2.51.00 and 2.30.98.
Reut Benaim also had a successful meet by winning gold in the 200m fly with a time of 2.31.13. She improved by a massive 7 seconds from the last time she swam it. Earlier Reut won silver for her 100m fly with 1.08.38, also a PB. Her 50m fly (31.30) and 50m free (30.30) were also PBs.
Tamsin McKinnon also achieved a fantastic time with her 100m Breaststroke finishing the race in 1.23.86, a 7 second improvement which is now faster than her short course time.
Congratulations also go to Joel Sands who took 16 seconds off his 800m freestyle time to achieve 9.13.48 and Sarah Taylor Reid who broke the 3 minute mark for her 200m Breaststroke with a time of 2.59.91 and finished 6th over all.
