With the cancellation of the Middlesex LC we have added the Sheffiled No Frills to our programme.

Swimmers trying to qualify for nationals

The following meets are ideal to swim at:

1st & 2nd May London Region Youths LC

8th May Coventry LC

15th May (run by London Region)800/1500 LC

15th May Hatfield SC (fast pool)

28th - 30th May Sheffiled No Frills LC

5th,6th, 12th & 13th June London Region age groups LC

2nd - 4th July Cardiff LC (youths only can qualify)

ASA Closing date for entries into the National age groups is 30th June and the National youth championships is 7th July.
