Training Camp - Meeting Reminder

Parent & Swimmers meeting

You will not be allowed to travel without fully meeting the requirement below.

All PARENTS (excluding parents of swimmers aged 18 & over) and ALL SWIMMERS must attend one of the three meetings together. Attending separate meetings is not acceptable. These meetings will take approximately 15 – 20 minutes.

Sunday 14th March

Southbury Road (opposite the dance studio) 12.00 or as close to that time as possible if the session is over run (This is in the break of the Middlesex meet)

Monday 22nd March

Highgate (Mallinson Centre meeting room) 8.30pm

Wednesday 24th March

Swiss Cottage (In the balcony) 7.15pm

b>Also please remember we require the following information from you prior to 25th March

- Code of conduct

- Emergency information form

- Photo copy of passport

- Copy of travel insurance & emergency contact number

- Room sharing preference form

- specific instructions in writing of any medication or medical conditions.
