Nari in golden form at Crawley!

The Masters swimming in the first event of the year had some good results.

Nari took over 6 seconds of her long course 800m pb to win the 30 – 34 age group, while also swimming in this event Chris Bumby took silver and Lucy Francis while not medalling took a massive 52 seconds from her long course PB.

Swimming in the shorter events Susan Halter took gold in 100m and 50m Back and silver in 50m Free, while Elizabeth took gold in 50 Back one age group down (75-79). Adam took 2 golds in the 100m and 200m Breast and Doug silver and bronze. Claudio in his first meet with us took silver in 100m Back 50m Back and 50m Free.

This was the first meet with the new rules on suits so some swimmers found it hard to match last years times ….
