Final round of the National Arena Swim League. In this round we are swimming against Shiverers, Ealing, teamipswich, Hatfield, UEA City of Norwich, Romford Town, Watford. This competition is the ONLY event that fully integrates ALL SQUADS and brings everyone together; please make yourself available to swim.

TIME:Warm up 3.45pm /Start 4.30pm
VENUE:Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, Ledrington Road, Crystal Palace, SE19 2BB
TRANSPORT:
Meet at 1.45 pm to leave at 2.00pm sharp at the entrance of Bishopswood Road and Hampstead Lane
Higghgate outside the large white house. DO NOT wait by the Mallinson Centre.

Meet at 2.00pm to leave at 2.15pm outside the library at Swiss Cottage
If you are making your own way to the pool please ensure you let Stacey Lovejoy know. We will return to the two drop off points at approximately 8.30pm. Parents please ensure someone is there to collect your child. As this is an approximate time ask your child to telephone when we get nearer to home.
PARENTS: We encourage parents and supporters to travel with the team; however places on the coach will only be available once all the swimmers have a seat.
If you are unable to swim you must inform your coach immediately so that a replacement can be found.
Poolside dress: All swimmers are expected to wear either club track suits or club T-shirts at all times around the poolside. If you wear a swimming cap, please ensure it is a club hat. Its also a good idea to wear trainers or other suitable poolside footwear to keep your feet warm. All uniform can be purchased from your coach or the club office (020 7974 5440)
