Camden Swiss Cottage Swimming Club held a very successful Training Day Camp at Mill Hill School for 36 of the younger swimmers from Swiss Cottage and Highgate Squads. It was a very full and very useful day with 2 skills and technique based swim sessions, land training and talks from Head Coach Dave Hobbs, Community Coach Gill Muir and Development Coach Julie Hobbs.
For many of the young swimmers it was their first experience of a training day and all declared, although it was tiring they all enjoyed the day and came away with lots of new skills and information to take back to their respective squads.
To end the day back at Swiss Cottage some swimmers attended a Sport Psychology Workshop.
